Pursuant to the decree N° 398 dated 28 June 2024 issued by the official leader of the Republic of Tunisia, Mrs Khoula BelaKhder appointed Director General of the Department of Maritime Commercial and Ports.
Mrs. Khawla Belakhdar is a general engineer specializing in civil engineering, a graduate of the National School of Engineers in Tunisia, and she has imitated several hard tasks of the Ministry of Preparation and Housing, one of them is the Regional Director of Preparation and Housing in Manouba State.
Mrs Khawla Belakhdar participated in many formative courses in Tunisia and abroad, and specialized in many areas according to the methods of action and follow-up of infrastructure projects, development and urban integration of university buildings.
The President, Director General, also has participated in a formation course at the Institute of Administrative Leadership at the National School of Management titled “Administrative Leadership, and Environmental and Energy Transition”.
The new president, Director General, also had many contributions in her field of expertise in following up and achievement of studies related to national and atmospheric projects, which concern the bridges, roads and civil buildings sectors.
