The commercial port of Sousse welcomed the cruise ship World Explorer on April 19 and 23, 2025. The vessel, operated by the French company Beaux Rivages, carried 180 people on board, including tourists and crew members.
The tourists, of various nationalities — French, Italian, Belgian, and Dutch — took part in guided tours of historical landmarks in Sousse, Monastir, Kairouan, and El Jem.
Additional cruise calls are expected at the port in the coming months.
It is worth noting that the Port of Sousse receives several tourist cruises annually, in addition to its commercial activity.
