On Thursday April 28, 2022, the cruise ship MSC OPERA docked at La Goulette port, carrying 968 tourists of different nationalities, on the first trips of the MSC Company to the Tunisian destination.
A program of 38 calls by the MSC Company are expected in Tunisia during the year 2022 with an average of one trip per week.
The captain of the ship was welcomed by the OMMP CEO, the La Goulette Port Director, representatives of UTICA and representatives of the tourist village. A large number of cruise passengers have come to visit some archaeological sites and tourist areas in the capital and shops of traditional industries.
The MSC OPERA ship from Barcelona (Spain) left the port of La Goulette at 5pm to Palermo (Italy)
